OUR MOST RECENT VENTURE

​Partner Smart LLC was awarded the vendor contract for the Moraine View State Park Concession in Spring 2017 by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. Aside from watercraft rentals, we offer a full breakfast and lunch menu, seasonal dock slips, camping retail, live bait and access to a swimming beach (2018). The park hosts up to 300k visitors annually and provides multiple facets of recreation activities including horse friendly camps and trails, fishing, camping, hiking, hunting, boating and more. It is a welcoming atmosphere fully open to the public.

​The project continues to be a great success and has propelled activity in this irreplaceable community gem.​ Implementing a strong marketing campaign, backed by operational follow through, Moraine View has experienced exceptional growth.
