WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?​

• ​Partner Smart will compare potential positions with your career goals, skills, commute preferences and experience.
  
• If Partner Smart has a potential position matching your provided information, we will contact you to confirm your availability and interest in that particular position. 
  
• Once we confirm your interest, an application for the position will be provided. This application may be returned via email or in person directly at our offices.
  
• Selected applicants will be scheduled for interviews with Partner Smart. Interviews are available in person, over the phone or video conference.
  
• Selected candidates are notified via email or phone call.
  
• An in-person meeting is scheduled to complete the Partner Smart Onboarding documentation.
  
• Once hired, Partner Smart will provide 'Welcome Orientation' to help strengthen your success in the work force.​
